UGC Fleet does not automate engagement, create accounts, or circumvent platform limitations.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload to UGC Fleet.

By uploading content, you grant UGC Fleet a non-exclusive license to store, process, and schedule your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any rights or violate the terms of any social media platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use UGC Fleet for spam or abusive posting
  • Attempt to bypass platform limitations or security systems
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the platform in unauthorized ways

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
